In addition to our general e-Shop, we set up dedicated customer e-Shops customised to meet our customers' - i. e. your - specific needs and requirements.

We offer active support with the implementation of shop platforms. Once the e-Shop is set up, you can handle most of the administration tasks autonomously.

Our shop platforms include a budget management tool that allows you to easily manage your accounts. You may also use an additional, high-level clearance system to centrally manage all e-Shop orders. The system can be configured to step in only after a predetermined cost threshold has been crossed. Orders below that level can then be placed without clearance.

Clearance systems are supported by automated e-Mail alerts. Our transaction tracking system gives you full control over all purchase activities. You can filter these transaction lists by time period, order status and other criteria. Authorised users can download the lists for statistical purposes from our B2B server.

Both our express search and extended search routines are highly efficient and benefit from our tagging system that associates catalogue items with various indices (product categories, eCl@ss, etc.).

All products are displayed with images, manufacturer item number and availability information.

With one click, you can add individual products, search results and your complete basket to your favorites. You can later select individual items or entire order lists from your favorites and move them to your basket.

If you complete your user profile and submit your customer information, you benefit from the highly convenient, pre-filled order form with selection lists for a fast and easy order process.

Our customised e-Shop system also includes long-term support by a dedicated customer consultant who will tune in to your needs. Our e-Shops are OCI-ready. In addition, we provide electronic catalogues in the format of your choice (BMEcat, Excel).
