Sustainability is our Responsibility

As a company, we place particular emphasis on the management of resources and environmental protection.

Sustainability is our
Responsibility

As a specialist retailer with many thousands of mailings a week, efficient logistics are also very important to us. From bundling packages to direct deliveries without detours.

We use only recycled paper for our printed products such as brochures and flyers. Our catalog is also certified with the “Blue Angel”. We are constantly working to reduce paper consumption and have converted our customer communications and our invoicing to electronic transmission.

Energy management is just as important to us as our quality management. We are taking comprehensive measures to reduce our energy consumption and waste throughout the Omnilab Group.

In the IT area, we focus on the use of energy-efficient equipment and the optimization of server utilization through virtualization.

We have also implemented environmental criteria to be met in tenders as part of our company fleet management. The focus here is on optimization measures relating to fuel consumption and pollutant emissions.

With our integrated corporate concept, we aim to make a voluntary contribution to assuming social responsibility in all social, ecological and economic aspects – above and beyond the statutory standards.
